What we collect
- Account details such as your name, email address, login information, and account profile preferences.
- Signup legal-acceptance metadata, including terms and privacy versions and the acceptance timestamp.
- Product inputs and outputs such as prompts, strategy rules, backtest settings, Appwrite-stored builder drafts and chat history you choose to keep, and support requests.
- Technical and usage information needed to operate the Service, secure accounts, debug issues, and understand product performance.
- Cookie, session, browser-storage, visitor analytics, and usage-diagnostic data used for authentication, app state, and product measurement.
- Billing and payment-related information handled through Stripe payment links, Stripe Checkout, Stripe-hosted invoices, webhook fulfillment events, and related billing records if you choose a paid plan.
Why we collect it
- Provide the Service, authenticate users, and keep your account working.
- Secure the product, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce our terms.
- Support you, respond to requests, and improve product quality and reliability.
- Deliver AI-powered responses and strategy-assistance features when you choose to use them.
- Send service messages and, where you opt in, product or marketing communications.
Third parties and processors currently detectable in this codebase
- Appwrite Cloud for authentication, user-profile/data services, and product usage event storage.
- OpenAI for AI features when you submit prompts that use those services.
- Stripe for paid plan checkout, invoicing, payment processing, webhook billing fulfillment, disputes, and refunds.
- Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads for optional advertising measurement after marketing consent.
- Vercel Analytics for first-party product analytics when enabled for the deployment.
- TradingView Lightweight Charts and other client-side libraries used to render product functionality.
As of April 21, 2026, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads tags are gated by the in-product cookie settings flow. Vercel Analytics and in-product visitor diagnostics run so product traffic and admin usage metrics can be measured.
We use a limited range of cookies and similar technologies for core website operation, security, fraud prevention, session continuity, and limited aggregate measurement of website performance. We seek to minimise the data collected through these technologies and distinguish them from advertising, retargeting, and cross-site tracking tools, which are handled separately.
For visitors in regions where advertising measurement can reasonably be handled through notice and opt-out, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking may run unless you reject advertising or use a recognised browser opt-out signal. For EEA, UK, Switzerland, unknown-region traffic, and other situations where consent is required, those advertising pixels wait until you choose Allow advertising.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. According to Vercel, this service does not use third-party cookies, uses a request-derived hash for visit measurement, and discards visitor-session identification after 24 hours.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, keep security records, and enforce our agreements. Signed-in builder drafts and chat history are stored in Appwrite when the chat collection is configured; browser storage is reserved for essential session state, product preferences, and local development fallback storage.
International transfers
Cloud providers and service vendors may process or store data outside Australia. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different privacy protections than Australia.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no system is perfectly secure. You are also responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below and provide enough information for us to verify the request.
