Refunds, Cancellation and Billing Policy

You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date. Unless we say otherwise at checkout, access remains available until the end of the current billing period and does not renew again after cancellation.

Unless required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, partial-period refunds and prorated refunds are not provided. If you are on an annual plan, cancellation stops the next annual renewal and access continues to the end of the paid annual term.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the conversion date. Trial timing, price, and renewal terms are shown when the trial starts.

• Duplicate charges or accidental multiple payments.
• A material technical failure that prevented access to the paid service and could not be reasonably resolved.
• A clear billing error caused by us or our payment provider.

Refund requests are assessed case by case. We may deny a refund where the service was accessible, the issue was outside our control, or the request appears abusive.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve a clear billing issue may result in temporary suspension or loss of access while the dispute is reviewed.

If you think there is a billing error, contact support promptly with the charge date, amount, account email, and a short description of the issue. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time.
