FAQ
RefineQuant questions and public beta answers.
Answers about account access, beta credits, AI strategy building, supported backtesting workflows, pricing, and product risk.
Do I get instant access after signing up?
Yes. Public beta accounts can open the builder and run protected AI, backtest, and market-data workflows after signing in.
What perks come with public beta?
Public beta users get early access to the builder, gifted AI credits, launch rewards, and founder perks while the workflow is being hardened.
Do I need an invite code to access the platform?
No. Invite-code locks are off by default for public beta, but protected product routes still require a signed-in account.
Why do I need to sign in before prompting AI?
AI, backtest, and market-data routes use paid providers, so the server requires an authenticated session before running them.
What access should I expect during beta?
The builder is open to signed-in users, while some experimental or operationally sensitive features may stay limited during beta.
Is there a free trial right now?
Public beta access is available after account creation. Free access and paid plan limits are shown on the pricing page and in the product.
What do I get when I create an account?
You can use the signed-in builder experience, save builder drafts, and receive product updates during public beta.
Will I get product updates?
Yes. We use account contact details to send product news, rollout notes, and important beta notices.
Can I use my own strategy ideas and symbols?
Yes. The product is designed for trader-defined workflows, custom ideas, and symbol-level analysis.
Will there be pricing tiers after launch?
Yes. RefineQuant currently shows Free and Starter options, with limits and checkout expectations shown on the pricing page.
