FAQ
RefineQuant questions and public beta answers.
Answers about account access, builder access, current plans, GOLD/XAUUSD backtesting, and product limits.
Do I get instant access after signing up?
Yes. After signing in, you can open the builder, save drafts, and run GOLD (XAUUSD) strategy builds and backtests right away.
What do I get when I create an account?
You get signed-in access to the builder, GOLD (XAUUSD) backtests, saved builder drafts, and account-linked product updates.
Do I need manual approval to use the platform?
No. Public beta access is open once you create an account. You still need to sign in for protected product routes, and some product areas are not part of the current public beta scope yet.
Why do I need to sign in before prompting AI?
Builder and backtest routes use paid providers and protected infrastructure, so the server requires an authenticated session before running them.
What can I access right now?
The main live workflow is the signed-in builder. Backtesting and supported market-data-backed workflows currently center on GOLD (XAUUSD), while some other routes remain limited, preview-only, or unavailable.
What plans are available right now?
The site currently presents Free and Starter plans. Limits and upgrade behavior should match the pricing page and the in-product entitlement checks.
Do free accounts work right away?
Yes. A free account can sign in and use the current builder workflow within the limits shown on the pricing page and in the product.
Will I get product updates?
Yes. We use account contact details to send product news, rollout notes, and important account notices.
Can I use my own strategy ideas and symbols?
You can use your own strategy ideas in the builder, but the current supported builder and backtesting market is GOLD (XAUUSD).
Is every route on the site fully available?
No. The builder is the primary live workflow right now. Some other surfaces are still being hardened, are preview-only, or have stricter access limits.
